The NIAID Centers of Excellence for Influenza Research and Surveillance (CEIRS) is an integrated network of centers designed to conduct prospective animal and/or human surveillance related research internationally and domestically, and to conduct research on host immune response, viral pathogenesis, and the factors that control the emergence and transmission of influenza viruses.

The DMID-CROMS CEIRS Website provides a web-based repository of research resources and standardized procedures for all activities associated with the conduct of clinical research that is supported under the NIAID CEIRS contract. Services include support for Protocol Document Review and Development, Essential Regulatory Documents Collection and Management, Clinical Quality Management, and Investigator and Site Training.
