• Connecting Researchers to Reagents

The CEIRS Reagents webpage is a searchable and filterable catalog of over 5,000 unique, influenza-specific reagents developed by CEIRS researchers that are made available to bhe broader scientific community.
  • Refine Your Search

The Narrow Results filters to the left of the reagents table allow you to narrow your search results by strain, vector, segment, mutations, availability in BEI, and published status.
  • Customize Your Results

After refining your search with filters, the reagents table allows you to sort columns by fields based on the reagent type such as Reagent Name, Strain, Vector, Segment, and Mutations.
  • View Additional Information for a Specific Reagent

The green + icon next to each item in the table of reagents allows you to view additional reagent information such as Publication PMID, Center Name, BEI Number, Contributing Institution, and more.
  • Request a Reagent

Simply click the blue Request button and complete the request form. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email and the contributing lab will contact you with more details as to how to obtain the reagent.
